Let me tell you the story of Charlie Waddell! Charlie is another amazing Veteran that Veterans Support Network Inc., was able to help this year with $1000 towards his new driveway. Charlie joined the United States Army in May 1967. He was from Indianapolis, Indiana, and began his military service at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Veterans Support Network Inc. is honored to share that we were able to assist two more Veterans last week. The first Veteran is a Navy Veteran from Cincinnati, Ohio, who was recently experiencing homelessness. We partnered with another local charity to help get this Veteran off the streets and into temporary housing while we continue working toward securing permanent housing and supporting their job search. We recently helped Stephanie Williamson, a U.S. Navy veteran, with an auto payment to help her stay on track during a difficult time. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of meeting Brett from Fishers, Indiana. Brett won one of our signed pucks from the Indy Fuel hockey game fundraiser, which took place on Saturday, 11/23/2025.
