Veteran's Support Network: A Community United

Yesterday on June 17, 2023 we had the opportunity to help another veteran in Wabash Indiana. 

At Veteran's Support Network, our mission is to provide comprehensive assistance to veterans in need through the power of community. Recently, we witnessed this powerful unity firsthand as we came together to support one of our own - John Frieden, a veteran from North Manchester, Indiana.

The Situation:

John, who relies on oxygen and was recently hospitalized for heat stroke, was facing a daunting challenge with his home's central air conditioning system failure. Determined to help their brother, John's own veteran sibling sprang into action, dedicating four grueling hours alongside VSN members to attempt resolving the issue by moving a window air conditioning unit. However, their valiant efforts ultimately proved unsuccessful.

A Brother's Devotion:

Though not a member of VSN, John's veteran brother exemplified the unbreakable bonds of military service. His willingness to tackle the air conditioning issue, working tirelessly to support his fellow veteran brother, was an inspiring display of selflessness.

The Solution:

Recognizing the need for professional expertise, VSN called upon Brandt,s Heating and Cooling, a trusted local HVAC company renowned for their exceptional service. Within 30 to 60 minutes, their skilled technicians diagnosed and rectified the problem with John's central air system, providing him with the cool, comfortable home environment he deserved.
