Veterans standdown

The American Legion, Department of Indiana is hosting a Veteran Stand Down on June 7, 2024, at the Indiana American Legion Headquarters, located at 5440 Herbert Lord Road, Indianapolis, IN 46216. The event begins at 9 a.m. and runs until 5 p.m. and is open to ALL VETERANS.

Attendees will have access to a wide range of free services, including:

- Food and Refreshments: Served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

- Haircuts

- Dental Assessments

- Mammograms (Available by appointment)

- Prostate Exams

- Backpacks with food and hygiene items

In addition, veteran service officers will be available to assist with claims, and various veteran organizations will be on-site to showcase the services they offer.
